1. Data Controller
The controller of personal data collected through the Online Store is Foen Scent Sp. Z O.O., ul. Krakowska 29D, 50-424 Wrocław, using the tax identification number (NIP) 8992902140 – hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”, who is also the Service Provider of the Online Store and the Seller.
2. Privacy policy and use of cookies
The online store foen.pl places special emphasis on respecting the privacy of users visiting the www.foen.pl website. The collected data is used solely for the purpose of administering the website, with the exception mentioned in the Store Transactions section. We do not seek to identify the users of the Store’s pages. No identification data, for any purpose, is transferred to any third party.
Cookies are small text information sent by a web server and saved on the user’s device (usually on the hard drive). The collected logs, as auxiliary material, are stored indefinitely and serve to administer the Store’s pages. The information contained in them is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server and the Store’s network. Based on log files, statistics can be generated to assist in administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any features identifying individuals visiting the Store’s pages.

Cookies used on the Store’s pages do not store any personal data or other information collected from users.

7. Store Transactions
The exception to the above principles is the registration of email addresses of individuals or entities making transactions in the Store under the terms described in the Store’s Regulations.
